All Dear Ophelia orders are prepared by hand and packed with the utmost care.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Methods

Currently, all orders are shipped via CTT. After dispatch, a tracking number will be provided whenever the selected service includes tracking.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched after the processing period indicated above. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on CTT and the destination of the order.

After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking number whenever available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and displayed before the order is completed.

CTT Responsibility

Once the order has been dispatched, transportation and delivery services are the responsibility of CTT. Any issues related to the transportation of the order will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
