Welcome to Dear Ophelia. By making a purchase on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

Products

The products sold by Dear Ophelia consist of second-hand books, carefully selected and presented in the Blind Date with a Book format. All books are checked before dispatch and are in good overall condition.

As these are second-hand books, they may show normal signs of previous use, such as slight cover wear, pages that have yellowed over time, or minor handling marks, without affecting the reading experience. These characteristics are part of the nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.

Each Blind Date with a Book is selected by Dear Ophelia according to the genre chosen by the customer and the availability of books at the time of purchase. The specific title received is part of the surprise experience offered by the concept. We cannot guarantee that the customer does not already own the title received.

The Blind Date with a Book concept is based on the surprise of discovery and, for this reason, exchanges, returns, or refunds related to the book selection are not accepted, including situations where the customer already owns the book received or does not connect with the selected story.

All products are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Prices

All prices displayed are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Dear Ophelia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
